Foodstuffs, owners of New World, PAK’nSAVE and Four Square, is testing bespoke certified home compostable bags in the produce, bakery and butchery departments. The trial is taking place in selected stores around the country.

Foodstuffs announced today they have been successful in the latest round of government funding which drives the expansion of electric vehicle capability even further. Already host to 48 fast charge electric vehicle stations at New World and PAK'nSAVE supermarkets throughout New Zealand and 28 electric delivery vans, the team will now roll out another 16 fast chargers and four electric heavy logistics trucks.
